Our dry vapour system provides a quick yet highly efficient solution for the sterilisation of facilities that need it as part of cycle or have contamination issues. The lack of toxic aldehyde vapours results in extremely short production downtime. Typically, the entire process can be completed in less than 3 hours, depending on rooms, size and ventilation system efficiency, compared to up to 3-5 days with conventional systems.

Our process generates very fine droplets with a consistent droplet size of one micron; this ensures an even dispersion of the disinfectant solution throughout the area. The small droplet size also has added benefits of no condensation or surface wetting but at the same time the evaporated vapour will penetrate into normally inaccessible areas, problems that systems producing larger droplet size incur and thus lead to a more effective cleaning process. The sterilant is fully biodegradable and will leave no measurable residuals once the room has been fully ventilated.
